The staff and especially that Egyptian reception guy was very nice, and friendly, there is a coffee shop in the 6th floor, not big of a deal but it's kinda good

Though located in an old city centre but too crowded and difficult to park. The only parking was across in a public parking lot. It is basically a two star hotel that needs major overhaulling and renovation. We are feeling unsafe due to COVID 19 as carpets and stuff on the bed were too old. Wardrobe doors were broken. Being on a busy commercial road, one could hear traffic noise till late night. Overall staff were good that's all about it.
